ประกาศออกมาเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้ชนะรางวัล Critics\' Choice Awards ครั้งที่ 21 เมื่อช่วงเช้าของวันที่ 18 มกราคม 2016 (ตามเวลาประเทศไทย) ปรากฏว่า Spotlight กวาด 3 รางวัล (ภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม, ทีมนักแสดงยอดเยี่ยม, บทภาพยนตร์ดั้งเดิมยอดเยี่ยม) ส่วน The Revenant คว้า 2 สาขานักแสดงนำชายยอดเยี่ยม และกำกับภาพยอดเยี่ยม ส่วน Mad Max : Fury Road คว้ารางวัลไปมากที่สุดถึง 9 สาขา (ผู้กำกับยอดเยี่ยม, ภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม (แอ็คชั่น), นักแสดงนำหญิงยอดเยี่ยม (แอ็คชั่น), นักแสดงนำชายยอดเยี่ยม (แอ็คชั่น), โปรดักชั่นดีไซน์ยอดเยี่ยม, ตัดต่อภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม, ออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกายยอดเยี่ยม, แต่งหน้า-ทำผมยอดเยี่ยม และเทคนิคสมจริงยอดเยี่ยม)
ทั้งนี้สำหรับรางวัล BFCA (The Broadcast Film Critics Association) เป็นรางวัลของสมาคมนักวิจารณ์ภาพยนตร์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยนักวิจารณ์ทางโทรทัศน์ วิทยุ และออนไลน์ ที่จัดตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปี 1995 โดยเป็นสมาคมนักวิจารณ์ภาพยนตร์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในสหรัฐอเมริกาและแคนาดา
